Membership is £4.00 per annum payable in September of each year.
- All childcare fees are payable in ADVANCE OR ON THE DAY (unless previously agreed) by the Centre Management.
- Any payments that remain outstanding for longer than one month will be subject to an additional 10% administration fee per month or part month.
- NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE. Dates can only be transferred at the discretion of the Co-ordinator. If your child/children are absent for any reason, the place booked must be paid for.
- Taxis can be arranged, the full cost of the taxi is the responsibility of the parents.
- It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that a current booking form has been completed and that any changes are reported to the childcare group.
- No guarantee places on the day unless previously booked and paid for in advance.
- You are entitled to two weeks holiday per year – September to July and provided a holiday form has been completed in advance you will not be charged.
