Rooms for Hire at Kinson Community Centre

The Centre has 14 rooms available for hire to non-profit making clubs and societies. The rooms are also suitable for Conferences, Training, Educational courses and Community events. We also offer facilities for Children’s Parties at weekends up to the age of 12 years. Please note: we no longer take bookings for private parties, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries etc.

The rooms range in size from the smallest which is suitable for Committee meetings (Room 7 for 8-10 people), up to the Main Hall which can seat up to 200 people and has a full stage, PA and lighting system and is suitable for large meetings, jumble sales, variety shows, plays etc.

Standard ground floor rooms (Nos. 1 to 3) on the ground floor measure 7.5m (25ft) by 5.5m (19ft) approximately. The rooms are partitioned and can be opened up as required. The three rooms made into one room measure 7.5m (25ft) by 17m (57ft) approximately.

We charge by the session rather than by the hour.
Morning session = 9.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.;
Afternoon Session = 1.00 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.

We are also open every weekday evening when the room hire session runs from 6.30 p.m. – 10.15 p.m.
We are also open at weekends.

There is a licensed member’s bar open each evening from 7.15 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. for drinks and freshly made tea and coffee.
